Points to know before filling a complaint in Cyber Cells.
The society we live in has drastically changed . We have evolved from the era of stone age men to an era where man has developed society and have submitted himself to a body which governs law and order in the society.
With increasing crimes and offences over the internet our governing bodies have raised their guards to give a security to the users of internet and putting the culprits behind bars.
It is important for us to know that these police stations, government offices, cyber cells are here to give us protection and saving us from the wrong that might be done or has been done to us. We should believe in law and it’s process in order to get justice.
The Cyber Cells work in harmony like any other government office.
The highest authority at the Cyber Cell is the Special Director General who looks after such cases within the area assigned to them .
Under the Special Director General are certain other officers and who work under the directions of the SDG.
Under the SDG is the SP who further has officers assigned to him.
When we have a complaint these are the things we need to do –
1. First know that you are being fooled or cheating and it can be in any form which must be done using the internet , such device which works using internet etc.
2. Once you know that you or someone you know is being cheated in the name of job , lottery , matrimonial etc take this matter to the cyber cell.
3. Before you go to the cyber cell prepare an application explaining everything that has happened to you or has been asked to you, make it date wise .
4. Provide all numbers, names and details that were given to you .
5. If you can get a printout of those then it will be good . If not then the cyber cell unit will take it from you .
6. Go to the cyber cell
Once you go to the cyber cell you need to inform the officers about your concerns and tell them the incidence that happened.
They will listen to everything and you have to cooperate with them.
Don’t miss out on any such detail which may help the policeman to catch hold of the out law.

There was a cheating incident with me on 06/04/2019 by a Paytm mercantile account. Matter was reported immediately to Axis bank and Police cybercell on 08/04/2019. Third month will complete on 5th July. TI Lasudia, ASI Amrendra Singh unable to do any thing. Please give an appointment to discuss this matter and arrange refund of my money.
Sir I can understand your concern the thing is that we need to be patient and we should cooperate with the systems that work for justice. There are so many cases in many court rooms that are still pending due to lack of such judge’s needed to handle the pendency. Similarly in cases like these we need to be patient to get to the results.
There are many cases which are solved very soon and some which take time.
