The land for air cargo hub in Bhopal will be finalized within a week. Administration told that the work of air cargo hub in airport will start from 15 august. Collector Tarun Pithode wants to decide a land in keeping facilities of businessman in mind. Under the guidance of Kalpana Shrivastava, collector will organize a meeting with airport officials and officials of other departments too. This will lead to the project starting as soon as possible. Collector told that it may take more time to decide the land for air cargo hub. We will keep the facilities of businessmen in mind. Offer will be sent to the businessmen as soon as possible. About 10 thousand tons of goods is transferring through air cargo hub.
Rate will be lesser than Indore
The cargo starting at the airport will transfer fruits and vegetables to Delhi, Mumbai and other cities too. Recently, Indore supplies these goods. Bhopal businessmen transfers goods through cargo roads which consumes time and money. So, air cargo hub will made to benefit them. The rate may differ from Indore. About 50 tons of goods is transferred in a month. And hence, The vegetables will be transferred from Air Cargo.
