महिला को बदनाम करने की नीयत से बनाई फर्जी फेसबुक आईडी,खुद के साथ फोटो एडिट करके सोशल मीडिया ( फेसबुक) पर किया पोस्ट!
दिया मिर्ज़ा (बदला हुआ नाम) ने की अपने नाम व फ़ोटो का दुरूयोग करने वाले के खिलाफ जबलपुर साइबर सैल में शिकायत| जांच में पता लगा कि बदला लेने और छवि खराब करने की नीयत से आरोपी प्रशांत दूबे ने बनाई थी पीड़ित के नाम व फोटो से फर्जी फेसबुक आईडी|
पूछताछ में आरोपी ने बताया कि वह महिला (दिया मिर्जा) को पहले से ही जानता था और उससे दोस्ती करना चाहता था| आरोपी ने महिला को फेसबुक पर फ्रैंड रिक्वेस्ट भेजी, कॉल किए और मैसेज तक किया परंतु महिला ने दोस्ती करने से इन्कार कर दिया और उसके मैसेज का जवाब नहीं दिया|
आक्रोश में आकर प्रशांत ने दिया मिर्ज़ा को बदनाम करने की ठानी| महिला के नाम की फर्जी फेसबुक आईडी बनाकर,स्वयं की फोटो के साथ महिला की फोटो एडिट करके पोस्ट कर दी| कई दोस्तों और रिश्तेदारों को भी टैग किया ताकि पीड़ित महिला पूरे समाज और रिश्तेदारों के सामने बदनाम हो जाए|
पुलिस ने महिला की शिकायत के आधार पर और आरोपी के जुर्म के लिए धारा 469, 66C IT Act के तहत मामला दर्ज कर लिया है|

In 1st August, 2019,Times of India, in the Times Trends section on Page 13, it has been reported through a study that more girls are facing cyber bullying than boys. This is a growing trend because of the perception attached to the vulnerability of girls on cyberspace.
Women is becoming the victims of cyber bullying day by day.
Its not just about women who are specially victimized in cyber world . Both the genders are facing the problems of cyber crimes. However, there is a need to curb and end the cyber bullying from our cyber generation.Women and Men should be given equal chance to defend themselves. Women should be bold while dealing with the matters of cyber bullying.
