Your data is not encrypted. MITM – Man In The Middle , an attack type where the attacker type where the attacker secretly relays and possibly alters the communication between your customers causing losses.
2. Phishing attacks impersonating your website
As you don’t have an EV SSL certificate anyone with malicious intent can impersonate you and collect data or defraud your customers making you responsible.
3. Confidential data leakage
The unauthorized transfer of classified information from computer or data center to the outside world.
4. Distruct by web browsers
Browsers will show your website as Not Secure leading to losses.
5. Damage to brand and reputation
Any of the above can cause your brand irreparable damage online and offline.
6. Competitors will gain more credibility
Visitors will start transferring to your competitors website and you will be out of business.
